In today’s episode I share with you three key areas that I focused on from day 1 in my business that I consider to be foundational and necessary to a successful and sustainable business.

A question I get often is, “how have you sustained your income over the past few years through a pandemic, moving around multiple times, parenting etc etc”

And my response is simple: I BUILT A SLAB BEFORE TRYING TO FURNISH THE HOME!

While we’ve all found ourselves rushing at times and wanting to keep up at the pace of other people (#Guilty), my whole business is made up of really solid foundations (the slab) and *that* is what has created sustainability over the past few years.

In this episode, I take you through three key areas of foundation building:

Me and my energy (and how this has informed pretty much every strategy that exists in my business)
Activating my authentic voice and brand (and questions to sit with as part of this exploration)
Key ‘rinse and repeat’ strategies that barely ever change and form the foundations of our monthly recurring revenue, our lead generation and our sales processes.

Solid foundations will be what weathers turbulent storms and this is exactly what we are doing in NEON, our 12 month creative immersion with 5 live programs plus integration support in between. Because when you build it right the first time, you are less likely to need to build it again 😏
