Episode 149 - Evergreen strategies and my prediction for the coaching industry

Evergreen strategies and my prediction for the coaching industry

One thing I’m always reminding clients about is to GET CURIOUS when things aren’t working.

For example, having sales conversations that don’t convert is an entirely different issue to not having *enough* sales conversations.

One is a sales/conversion/offer issue, and one is a lead generation issue.

What I’m saying is, don’t burn it to the ground until you have some CLARITY on where the breakdown is happening. Only then can you decide which is the right action to take.

Over the past 6 months, I’ve become *very* curious about the emergence of evergreen strategies to sell services and whether this is a business owner preference and/or a purchaser preference.

Tune into this episode to find out my analysis and what this means for the industry!

Topics discussed and when to find them:

[4:18]: What does evergreen mean?

[8:48]: When you sell the same offer over and over, it’s unlikely that the people that haven’t purchased will.

[11:50] Evergreen vs. Live Launch

[17:26]: What’s happening in the coaching industry.

[20:10]: The importance of value for money.

[22:18]: Live Launch vs. Evergreen Sales Strategies.

[26:44]:What has become possible for me now that I have embraced more evergreen sales strategies.

[29:08]:An even deeper level of strategy and refinement in my business, which has lowered my operating expenses.
