Episode 78 - How I create impactful content consistently

How I create impactful content consistently

How do I come up with content that impacts?

I am asked this question over and over.

I know that many of you are feeling like coming up with content is the most dreaded part of your business. You’re spending hours and hours sitting in front of your computer feeling stuck.

So, in today’s episode, I wanted to share with you how I come up with my content. Firstly, I want to say that it has absolutely nothing to do with a fancy creation strategy. It all comes down to the way I value my own ideas and thoughts.

I’ll share with you the method I use to capture my brainwaves and trust that they will land with my audience. I firmly believe that if I find something interesting and useful then my followers will find it interesting and useful.

I will run you through how I apply my SASS approach (Strategy, Attitude, Support, and Scale) whenever I’m writing down my thoughts. These four key areas are pivotal in any business and you can implement them today.

Practice makes perfect. If you want to get better at creating content, then you have to practice creating content.

Sounds simple, right? But I strongly believe if you follow my process you’ll begin to thoroughly enjoy showing up online on social media and build an authentic connection with your audience in a whole new way.

Topics discussed and when to find them:

[1:42]: I’m asked all of the time how I create all my content consistently.

[3:18]: My content has nothing to do with a fancy content creation strategy.

[3:50]: If you think the way I think, you can create the way I create. It comes down to how we choose to think about the content creation process.

[4:38]: My content has massively shifted online in the last 2-4 weeks. Every time I realised I haven’t been claiming my bigness, I clear it away and show up in a more bold and direct way.

[5:31]: I share content in line with SASS (strategy, attitude, support, scale) are four key areas that are pivotal in any business. But I don’t plan my content in advance. I value my thoughts and ideas.

[6:21]: If it’s useful to me, I trust that it will be useful to other people.

[7:18]: I disagree that social media can’t be fun, original, inspirational, and full of value.

[8:27]: When I started to shift my way of thinking, I took more action and I created more content. Whenever I think of an idea, I write it down.

[10:04]: I trust that my ideas are valuable to my audience.

[10:29]: Check out my new Unstoppable program. You can pivot out of fear, anxiety, and feeling stuck to create epic results in every area of your life.

[13:14]: If you want to get better at creating content, then practice creating content. Start trusting yourself and your own ideas.

[14:51]: My whole business was built off my brain and my ideas, and so was yours.

[15:18]: I create space in my life to have ideas. I try not to overconsume but find inspiration. I ask myself what is the most useful thought I’ve written down for my audience.

[16:52]: I decided to believe in the value of my ideas before I had any proof.

[18:01]: No matter how much help you have in your business, if you don’t have the belief that your ideas are valuable, then you won’t create content that impacts your audience.

[19:31]: I don’t think of it as content creation. I think of how I love sharing the thoughts and ideas that I’ve come up with.

[20:02]: It isn’t always like this - sometimes I do get stuck. When this happens, I coach myself and move on.

[21:02]: When I started, my business mentor told me that I had to learn to write to build the business I wanted to create.
