Is your schedule reflective of a fully powered life?

I’m so excited to dive into this topic. I’m asked so many times how I can fit so much into my schedule; running an abundant business, being a mother, and training for half ironman races and triathlon races.

In this episode, I’m exploring how to create a schedule that is reflective of living a fully powered life. I’ve built a multi 6 figure business while working 4 days a week in my corporate career as a lawyer and parenting. I know exactly what it’s like to build a lucrative business in hustle and how incredibly exhausting it can be.

So I became very intentional about where I spend my time. In 2021 and 2022, we have made more cash and I’m only working 20 hours a week. I started to take action from what I desired and built a sustainable business.

Start envisioning the life you truly want to live and then design your schedule to reflect those desires. I’ll run you through the questions to ask yourself to draw a line in the sand and start living with intentionality and purpose.

Don’t wait any longer, change your schedule to reflect your very own fully powered life today.

Topics discussed and when to find them:

[2:24]: Be intentional about living, creating and envisioning a fully powered life.

[2:38]: Today (Tuesday 15th March) is day 1 of the Fully Powered 2-day event. 90 minutes on March 15th and 90 minutes on March 16th. Fully Powered is all about having a high capacity in multiple areas that isn’t about hustle. It’s not too late to register!

[4:49]: There are 168 hours in a week. If we sleep for 8 hours a day - 56 hours in a week. Then we have 112 hours left.

[6:00]: In 2018 and 2019, I built a multi 6 figure business while working 4 days a week in my corporate career as a lawyer and parenting. This is an example of building a lucrative business in hustle.

[6:57]: In 2021 and 2022, we’ve made more cash and I was working about 20 hours a week.

[8:10]: I became very intentional and took action from what I desired. Listen to my previous episodes Sustainability is sexy: parts 1 and 2 (link is below).

[9:30]: When we’re receiving help in our lives and businesses, it supports our nervous system (see last week’s episode: The power in asking for help and calibrating to a new receiving paradigm).

[11:42]: Is your life currently an accurate reflection of your current and future vision?

[12:40]: I list examples of your schedule not being fully powered.

[15:35]: I started with 10 minutes every day researching money, stocks, crypto, listening to audiobooks because I had the desire to earn money while not doing anything.

[18:29]: When your nervous system is so wired to doing, you can start to panic when you experience slowness.

[19:56]: Do you desire to quantum leap and create results that are nonsensical?

[20:46]: This is an opportunity to crystallise what you actually want and take active steps towards that vision.

[22:56]: Let this be the day that you draw a line in the sand and start taking congruent action with where you want to go.

[23:24]: Join us in Fully Powered! In tomorrow’s session, there is a very special announcement.
