Sustainability is SEXY: creating a business abundant in cash, time and longevity part 2

Welcome to part 2 of Sustainability is sexy!

In this episode, I’m exploring the remaining 2 areas where you can focus sustainability in your business to generate incredible results in less time. I definitely recommend listening to part 1 before this episode because the concepts build on each other.

I want to be clear that there is no secret strategy to build an abundant income or particular business model that generates amazing results. Sustainability feels different for everyone and has to be in alignment with who you are as a CEO.

I desire overflow in all areas of my life and have a passion for supporting women to build incredibly successful and maintainable businesses that truly light them up every day. I’ve completely rebuilt the structure of my business in 2021 in alignment with my desires and I want to share with you how you can achieve remarkable impact with less input.

You can adapt these points to your own strengths and desires to create a business that is sustainable and abundant in cash, time and longevity.

Topics discussed and when to find them:

[2:47]: This is not an episode on which business model is right for you or any ‘secret strategy’ that will work for everyone.

[3:10]: Sustainability feels good to you and is in alignment with your desires and strengths.

[3:35]: Recap from part 1.

[5:41]: #4 Why knowing your point of difference is key to scaling to a million dollars +. This is what makes you unique and sets you apart from other people in the industry.

[6:36]: The Expansion Mastermind is Jazze Jervis all over. It honours and prioritises my strengths as a CEO and the incredible experts that I’ve connected with.

[9:48]: If you have a unique or interesting method to support your clients to get results or deliver your product - share it online.

[10:52]: I teach this in Social Boss.

[12:20]: An example to set yourself apart is your energy - think Tony Robbins or in quality - think Mercedes.

[13:11]: Knowing your point of difference and communicating it to your audience will make it so much easier to successfully sell your services/product.

[16:07]: Sign up for the Fully Powered Challenge!

[18:54]: #5 When and how to build a team around you to support you in taking your business to your desired level of impact and income.

[20:10]: How long is a piece of string? When and how to hire depends on your business model and your strengths and desires.

[20:32]: I learned to hire before I’m ready. It is much calmer and easier to integrate new staff from this space rather than when everything is hectic.

[23:25]: I desire overflow in my life and business. I want a business that fits into my life and not the way around. My business doesn’t rely on me being in it 24/7.

[26:23]: I desire to give generously and circulate money. I haven’t built my business in isolation, I’ve always had support around me.

[27:23]: Example from my business of building a team that is happy to deal with all of the nitty-gritty so I can stay in a higher level space.

[29:46]: We spent 2021 focusing on our systems and building an amazing team.

[32:22]: I have a passion to support women to build a business that is sustainable and lights them up.

[33:52]: Summary.

[35:09]: Building these foundations will create sustainability and reach the desired level of impact and income.

[36:02]: Connect with me in DMs and let me know how you’re building sustainability in your business.
